Dear Apple,

The anticipation is killing me.

I am mentally pre-ordering my iPhone 5 right now.

As a lover of your brand, and consumer with very high expectations, please deliver!

I’m ready to seize my long-awaited upgrade and say goodbye to my tried and true 3GS.

Apple - Yerba Art Center

The typically cryptic invitation said “It’s almost here”, sported a number 12 - corresponding to the date of the event - and cast a large shadow of the number 5, a clue that the fifth version of the popular smartphone could be in the pipeline…”

The new iPhone screens will measure 4 inches from corner to corner, one source said. That would represent a roughly 30 percent increase in viewing area…” And please tell me production will definitely start in August—or sooner! You know some of us 3GS users have been patiently waiting like 50 Cent to upgrade. Oh hey iPhone5, I’m ready when you are.

One of my favorite new brunch entrees, thanks to some outstanding Epicurious reviews: Sausage and Egg Casserole with Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Mozzarella. Here’s the recipe, and a few essential tips if you’d like to make it at home: use eight (whole) eggs, two Italian sweet sausages (with fennel), and two hot sausages. Cook it for 30 minutes, then leave the dish in the oven at a low temperature (about 175 degrees). This will keep the casserole nice and warm (without overcooking it!) until ready to serve. Yum. I’d like to welcome you to flavor fest 2012. (Taken with instagram)

See you soon, baby <3.
